The selected competition project is of both cultural and public interest. In addition to addressing the spatial needs of students, it revitalizes the space of the deteriorating former stable and addresses the traffic situation at the intersection of Roška Road and Fabianij Bridge, which is beneficial for all passersby. The Vrazov Trg Campus includes the existing buildings – the southern and western wings, which will be preserved in their current scope, and the northern and eastern wings, which will be removed and replaced with new construction. Together with the recently renovated sugar refinery and Fabiani Bridge, the complex will form a new urban image. The new complex of the Faculty of Medicine adds an important note of quality and prestige to the faculty and showcases the University of Ljubljana on an international scale. My previous experience in interior design over the past years, in addition to creating detailed design plans, has proven to be highly valuable in implementing interior furnishings, both in selection and communication with clients and subcontractors.
