Former Central Police Station, the Central Magistracy and the Victoria Prison were restored into Tai Kwun, centre of heritage, contemporary art and leisure programmes. Our purpose in Tai Kwun was to bring feeling of prison into daily life. Installation is divided in two parts. Upstairs we can experience guards perspective and inner part of installation represents prison cell surrounded with several layers of pvc curtains what reminds us on jail wall.
