Cukrarna will become a new factory of culture, a place of lively interweaving of contemporary artistic production of all genres, which will generate new development of the city and will also be interesting in terms of the tourist offer of the city. The ground floor is designed as a public covered square, connected to the outdoor event space in the courtyard and the promenade along the Ljubljanica River. The renovated Cukrana will also find a place to house a jazz club, restaurant, multimedia space and a specialized bookstore and library.
